Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $24.00 - $48.00 Position Highlights Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. Participate in on-going education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices. Requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of South Dakota. One year of experience in a long-term care setting. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
