Role Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional who is responsible for the delivery of patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The RN also provides education to patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan. Responsibilities * Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care. * Implement and evaluate the plan of care. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Monitor patient condition and document findings. * Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan. * Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team. * Provide emotional support to patients and their families. * Maintain a safe and clean environment. Qualifications Education * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Experience * 1+ year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred. Licenses and Certifications * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or compact state. * BLS certification required. * ACLS certification required.
