As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and administering medications. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans. Responsibilities * Assess patient needs and develop care plans. * Administer medications and treatments. * Monitor patient progress and document observations. * Educate patients and their families. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. * Provide emotional support to patients and their families. * Follow all hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. * Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). * BLS and ACLS certifications required. * Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. * Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations. * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
