Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care as assigned by the Nurse Manager or designee * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction * Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment * Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and falls prevention * Participate in on-call rotation as assigned by the Nurse Manager or designee * Other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or designee Requirements: * Current RN license in the state of [State] * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field * Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred * Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities * Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed * Other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or designee Benefits: * Competitive compensation package * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability coverage * Paid time off for vacation, sick leave and personal days * Tuition reimbursement program * Student loan forgiveness program * And more!
