As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, you will provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. What you will do in this role: * Assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor patients' progress and document observations. * Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. * Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications you will need for this role: * Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain. * Graduate of an accredited nursing program. * BLS and ACLS certifications. * At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
