Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $32.00 - $48.00 Position Highlights *This position may be eligible for $18,000 sign on bonus with a 3 year commitment* Why is Behavioral Health important? As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Behavioral Health Senior Unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education * Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction * Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment * Participate in on-call rotation as needed * Why is Behavioral Health important?
