ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Barchester complex care home, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we're known for. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide care and support to residents with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours. You'll help improve residents' quality of life by developing individualised care plans that take into account their unique needs and preferences. This will involve working closely with colleagues from other disciplines, such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech and language therapy, to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at Barchester, you'll be expected to work in accordance with our policies and procedures, which are designed to promote high-quality care and support for our residents. You'll also be required to maintain accurate records of your work and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives that can help us improve our services.
