Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank - Care Home

Due to the property's location and the limited availability of public transport in the area, it is preferable that the candidate possesses a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. We'll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs. You'll work closely with other members of the care team to ensure that each resident receives the right level of care and support. This will involve: • Assessing and monitoring the health and wellbeing of our residents, reporting any changes or concerns to the Care Manager. • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. • Providing high-quality nursing care that is person-centered and tailored to each resident's needs. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment. • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. • Working flexibly as part of a close-knit team to ensure the smooth running of the care home. • Being an ambassador for Barchester, promoting our values and ethos at all times.
