Registered Nurse - Recovery/PACU | Sydney

A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with prior experience in an acute care setting to join the dynamic Post Anaesthesia Recovery Unit at a private hospital in Sydney. It is a permanent full-time role, working on a Monday to Friday schedule. ABOUT THE ROLE As part of a dedicated Recovery Team, you will provide exceptional care to patients post-surgery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your role will focus on delivering holistic, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering customer-focused, evidence-based care;
• Communicating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team;
• Maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care;
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Registration with AHPRA;
• At least 2 years of experience in Recovery nursing;
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
• Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work well independently and within a team;
• Intermediate computer skills;
• Post-graduate certificate in Recovery or working towards (desirable);
• Pediatric experience (desirable).

REMUNERATION $39.09 - $54.89 per hour.
