Job Description
Were seeking RNs for 24/7 operations across Ontario sites (days/evenings/nights/weekends/stat holidays). You'll provide frontline nursing assessment and treatment, collaborate with inter-professional teams, and support safe, person-centred care for diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform triage and comprehensive assessments; develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments; monitor and document outcomes.
• Provide wound care, chronic disease support, health teaching, and discharge coordination.
• Respond to urgent presentations (e.g., chest pain, acute mental health crises) and escalate per protocol.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, allied health, and community partners; maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Contribute to QI initiatives, infection prevention, and clinical safety culture.

Qualifications

• Current CNO registration; BLS (ACLS an asset).
• 13+ years of experience in primary care, ED/urgent care, community health, or corrections/forensics considered an asset.
• Proficiency with EMR, documentation standards, and medication administration safety.
• Knowledge of PHIPA and related legislation; vaccination/immunity compliance as required.

Contract Type & Schedule
Independent contractor (or agency casual); rotating shifts available 24/7. Background check and additional clearances may be required.
