Registered Nurse (Practice Nurse) – Division 1

Mt Evelyn Medical Surgery is seeking a motivated and professional Division 1 Registered Nurse to join our welcoming clinical team. You will be working alongside our existing team of Division 1 and Division 2 nurses, supporting the GPs in delivering holistic, patient-centred care. Working Hours Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Opportunity for more hours covering leave (Annual/Sick leave). Key Duties & Responsibilities You will be responsible for a diverse range of clinical and administrative tasks, including but not limited to: • Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) guidelines; • Conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions as required; • Collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records; • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
