Exciting opportunities have emerged for motivated and highly adept Registered Nurses to work across the specialties of Anaesthetics, Scrub/Scout and Recovery, where required, at a private hospital and Surgical Centre located in Orange.

ABOUT THE FACILITY The hospital, located in Orange, is a 57-bed facility that provides a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and psychiatric services. The hospital has 5 Operating Theatres. Apart from general medical and surgical beds, there are 17 licensed rehabilitation beds and a 13-bed mental health unit.

POSITION OVERVIEW As the Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS As the successful candidate, you will possess:
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Minimum two (2) years Anaesthetics, Scrub Scout, Recovery or perioperative experience;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus;
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the care delivery needs of patients;
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities;
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others;
- Ability to work a rotating roster.
