We are seeking a(an) Registered Nurse - Children's Float Team to join our healthcare family. Requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas or compact state. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. One year of experience working with pediatric patients. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Certification in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred. The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds is necessary. The ability to stand for long periods of time and walk frequently is necessary. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions is necessary. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is necessary. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is necessary. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently is necessary. The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities is necessary.
