Permanent Opportunity – North West Tasmania
Searson Buck, incorporating NurseLine, is proudly partnering with a leading healthcare service in North West Tasmania to recruit an experienced Paediatric Registered Nurse for a permanent position.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate paediatric nurse to join a 16-bed Paediatric Unit providing holistic, family-centred care to children and young people aged 0–17 years. The unit supports a diverse caseload, including general medical, surgical, orthopaedic, and paediatric mental health patients.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatric nursing
- Proven ability to provide support to junior staff and nursing students
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Demonstrated ability to support, guide and mentor junior nurses and students
- National Police Check & WWVP (Employer) registration, or willingness to obtain
- Post-graduate qualification in Paediatrics (or working towards)
- Experience in regional or rural healthcare environments
