Salary: £24.00 - £43.50 per hour

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care strategies.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior nursing staff and healthcare assistants.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a nursing role within the UK healthcare system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
