Registered Nurse Night Duty Part Time

Proserpine Nursing Home Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role is focused on providing high-quality clinical care within a vibrant and inclusive aged care community that values resident well-being and professional connection. The Role This is a casual position primarily focused on providing clinical oversight during the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring nursing care is delivered in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, while also supporting the overall care of our residents. Key responsibilities include: • Providing high-quality clinical care to residents, including administering medications and performing wound care as required; • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident; • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment; • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of aged care services. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and experience working in an aged care setting.
