Job description

Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual’s preferences, values, and needs
Typical duties include:
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living
- Co-creating personalised care plans
- Leading and delegating care provision to caregivers and support staff
- Ensuring timely delivery of care and support
- Monitoring and evaluating progress in partnership with the resident and their chosen representatives
- Building trusted therapeutic relationships with residents and their whānau
The shift pattern and hours for this role entails working AM shifts Tuesday - Saturday.
