Registered Nurse Med-Surg Overflow

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be a vital part of the healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and educating patients and their families. You will also be responsible for documenting patient care and communicating with other members of the healthcare team. Job Responsibilities * Assesses patient needs and develops a plan of care. * Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Educates patients and their families on their conditions and treatments. * Documents patient care accurately and completely. * Communicates effectively with other members of the healthcare team. * Maintains a safe and clean environment for patients. * Adheres to all hospital policies and procedures. * Provides excellent customer service to patients and their families. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State]. * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. * BLS certification required. * ACLS certification preferred. * One year of experience in a Med-Surg setting preferred.
