Job Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the delivery of skilled nursing care for a group of patients. You will also be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing a plan of care, implementing and evaluating care. What you will do in this role: * You will collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * You will administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. * You will educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan. * You will document patient care in the medical record. * You will maintain a safe and clean environment for patients. * You will participate in quality improvement activities. Qualifications What you will need for this role: * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing * Current RN license in the state of practice * BLS certification * At least 1 year of experience in a Med Surg or Observation setting preferred.
