Registered Nurse Manager / Nursing Home Manager Radstock £50,000-£55,000 Small Nursing Home in the Radstock area requires a nurse registered manager for their dementia and elderly care service National care charity, well respected within the sector Are you looking for your first management role or to step back to a smaller service? Our client is looking for a nurse registered manager to oversee the day to day management of their 25 bed nursing home in the Radstock area. Duties: Ensure high quality care and support to residents, manage and lead a team of nurses and carers, develop and implement care plans, maintain accurate records and reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the overall success of the service. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RGN) or equivalent qualification, experience in dementia and elderly care, management experience desirable but not essential, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexible approach to working hours, and commitment to delivering high quality care.
