Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse focusing on NDIS Company, you will act as a Community Nurse, leading the delivery of premium, genuine, and compassionate care. Your key duties include:

• Care Planning: Developing and overseeing personalized care plans for our clients to ensure their specific needs are met.
• Clinical Leadership: Delivering medications, assisting with basic treatments, and following specialized therapy plans, such as interventions for dementia and behavioural support.
• Direct Care Supervision: Providing hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistance while ensuring all equipment is used safely and properly.
• Client Advocacy: Identifying and managing client care concerns, ensuring all records and documentation are completed accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborative Support: Working closely with therapists and other team members to assist with rehabilitation exercises and life stage transitions.

Mandatory Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• Professional Qualification: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Safety Clearances: National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sectors), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a Working with Children Check.
• Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• A can-do attitude, with a genuine desire to deliver compassionate and professional experience.
