Job Summary: We're seeking a Registered Nurse - General to join our dynamic team at White Cross. As a key member of our clinical staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our services. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with Tamaki Health's values and standards. * Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. * Contribute to the development of our services through participation in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities. Requirements: * Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ). * Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse - General. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Commitment to Tamaki Health's values of unity, improvement, availability, care, and accountability.
