Unit Description: A3 West is a dynamic 38-bed medical-surgical unit at Mission Hospital, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to a diverse patient population. What You'll Do: * Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately. * Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans. * Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients. * Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. What You'll Need: * Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. * BLS certification. * ACLS certification (preferred). * Minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting (preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
