Overview of the Acute Care: The Registered Nurse - FT - Nights - Acute Care position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Requirements: * Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or compact state * Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution * Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions * Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
