Registered Nurse

This national homecare service provides essential community services, allowing their clients to be supported and cared for at home. Based in Christchurch, as a Registered Nurse, you will use your previous skills and experiences to provide Palliative care to clients, who have chosen to stay in their own homes.

• Salary range from $35hr - $42hr / $72K -$87K

What you have to do:

• Undertake social and clinical assessments of clients' needs
• Provide clinical symptom management practices with service users
• Working with clients' families, be a supportive advocate & liaise with MDT to facilitate care.
• Provide a framework for excellence, for best practices & compliance requirements

What you have to have:

• NZ registered Nurse with a current APC
• Have aged care and or community nursing and knowledge of long term medical clinical conditions
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
