As a Registered Nurse & Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of innovative care models. Key responsibilities include: • Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes • Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment • Participating in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and evidence-based medicine.
