Registered Nurse - Corporate Immunization - Ballarat, VIC

Registered nurses with an interest in immunization work are needed for casual work shifts during the traditional influenza vaccination window of mid-March through to end mid/late June. This role will typically be a part time role and you will be looking at hours between 20 to 40 hours per week. Full time hours can also be considered. The hourly rate is dependent on the number of hours and days available during weekdays, experience, and ability to do cold chain management. Responsibilities — * Administering vaccinations according to protocols and guidelines. * Providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients. * Following infection control procedures. * Accurately documenting vaccinations. * Managing adverse reactions. * Adhering to relevant legislation and professional standards. * Cold chain management. Skills and Experience — * Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. * Immunization certificate or experience administering vaccinations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in a corporate or occupational health setting is desirable. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. * Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
