This is a permanent full-time position. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Delivering safe, research-based standards of nursing care; Providing complex and multi-disciplinary care; Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs; Acting as a liaison between the Coronary Care Unit and other hospital departments; Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals; Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes; Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care; Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; Providing education and support to patients and their families; Participating in on-going professional development to stay current with best practices in coronary care nursing.
