Registered Nurse - Coronary Care Unit | Melbourne

Motivated and experienced Registered Nurses are invited to join the Coronary Care Unit at a leading private hospital in Melbourne. Permanent full-time and part-time positions are available.
ABOUT THE ROLE Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
• Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
• Ensuring patient and staff safety;
• Acting as a role model for Safe Practice.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA;
• At least two years of post-graduate acute hospital experience;
• Minimum 12 months specialty experience in ICU or HDU;
• Relevant critical care post-graduate qualifications are highly regarded.

REMUNERATION On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $36.13-$49.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
ABOUT THE FACILITY The hospital, located in Melbourne, is a 126-bed facility with operating theatres, a cardiac catheter lab, inpatient wards, and a day oncology centre. Future plans allow for the continuing development of the site to continue to grow and meet the health care requirements of the expanding community. This new state-of-the-art hospital is due to open in February 2024.
