Location: Lincolnshire, East Midlands
Hours: Bank/ Flexible
Salary: £40 - £55 per hour
We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and their families throughout the care process.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
