About Us Serene Residential Care, operated by Bluedawn Healthcare, is a boutique 43-bed aged care facility in Lockleys. We focus on delivering respectful, compassionate care in a safe and welcoming environment. Our team includes nurses, personal care workers, and allied health professionals dedicated to the wellbeing of our residents. We’re looking for two candidates, compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team at Serene Residential Care, a fully accredited aged care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, and contributing to the overall well-being of our community. Key responsibilities include: • Providing direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents. • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care provided. • Providing education and support to residents, families, and other healthcare professionals as needed. • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents by adhering to infection control policies and procedures. Requirements: • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
