Our Hospice nurses work to provide comfort, compassion, and support to patients and families during this special time. Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. * Assess patient condition and document observations. * Educate patients and families on disease process and end-of-life care. * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. * Provide emotional support to patients and families. * Participate in on-call rotation. Qualifications: * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of [State Name]. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse. * Hospice experience preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
