Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Registered Midwives to support public and private maternity wards in Geelong. We have consistent agency shifts across the following areas:

- Postnatal Wards
- Antenatal Wards
- Delivery Suites
- High clinical adaptability, confidently supporting women and families across a variety of maternity settings.
- Strong critical-thinking and sound clinical judgement to ensure safe, effective care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary maternity teams and providing clear handovers.
- Consistent reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to maternity-specific policies and protocols, and representing HCA with excellence.
- Competitive hourly rates: $41-$164/hr (based on experience, facility and shift times)
- Easily manage your roster via our eHCA mobile app
- AM, PM and night duty shifts available across a range of public and private maternity wards.

- Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife
- Bachelor of Midwifery certificate or Bachelor of Nursing certificate with a graduate diploma in Midwifery
- Minimum 12 months full-time post graduate experience in a postnatal, antenatal or labour ward
- EMR training/access highly desirable
- Valid National Police Check
- Valid Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
- Full Australian working rights
