Job Title: Registered Manager – Nursing Home

Salary: £65,000 per annum

I am seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established small to medium-sized nursing home in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of residents and staff.

About the Role:

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance with CQC regulations. You will lead and inspire your team, promote a positive and professional culture, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies.

Key Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin (essential)

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step into a more senior role

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
