An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to manage an exceptional learning disaibilities care home based in the Nottingham area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers This is a fantastic service for both male and females with learning disabilities, autism and sensory and communication impairments To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with an active NMC Pin As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities will include: • Leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents • Developing and implementing person-centred care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures • Building strong relationships with residents, families and other stakeholders • Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the service • Identifying and addressing any gaps in provision or quality of care • Collaborating with other services and professionals to provide a seamless experience for our residents • Providing leadership and guidance to the team to achieve outstanding outcomes • Developing and maintaining effective partnerships with local authorities, commissioners and other stakeholders • Ensuring that all aspects of the service are person-centred, resident-focused and driven by a commitment to excellence This is an exciting opportunity to join one of UK's leading healthcare providers and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
