Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home. Location: Milton Keynes. Salary: Attractive Package, dependent on experience. Hours: Full-time, permanent. About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to manage a children’s home in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to take over a high-performing service. You'll be stepping into a stable, nurturing environment with strong foundations already in place. Key Responsibilities: Ensure continued high-quality care and support for the young people in our care, by leading and managing a team of staff. This will involve: • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person. • Ensuring that all staff are trained and supported to deliver high-quality care. • Maintaining and improving the overall quality of the service, through effective management and leadership. • Building and maintaining positive relationships with young people, their families and other stakeholders. • Ensuring that the service is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards. • Managing and controlling budgets and resources to ensure the effective running of the service. • Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the service is aligned with the overall strategy of the organization. • Representing the service at local and regional meetings, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures. • Ensuring that all staff are aware of and comply with the organization's policies and procedures. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports. • Participating in the on-call rota, as required. • Any other duties as required by the Operations Manager or the organization.
