The people will be inserted at level B3 in the Technical Structure of the Maintenance Office and will have to deal with: § Code of Tenders (D.Lgs 36/2023) and legislation on tenders for works and services; § Safety and health in workplaces (DLgs 81/2008); § Legislative provisions and regulations regarding building matters (D.P.R. 380/2001); § CE marking of construction products; § Site management and accounting; § Metric estimation of extraordinary maintenance work in residential buildings.
