Team
Within the Department of Social Development, all tasks and functions are combined that relate to the social domain, both policy-wise and in implementation, from education, youth, support, care, participation and health to art, culture and sports. All these components work together in a dynamic team of enthusiastic people, where their strengths are utilized and they are supported where needed. The Social Agenda 2022-2026 is the compass with challenges in the social domain that the municipality will focus on in the coming years.
Task
The name of the function says it all, you're the director. Sometimes you do something and sometimes you just let it happen. Because our starting point is always the resident's own strength, possibly with the help of their network. As income director, you are the contact person and responsible for managing your caseload in the context of the Participation Act and special support for our residents. You take care of intake, handle requests, conduct research into the right to benefits, prepare reports and provide advice on the legitimacy of benefits. You know how to address clients on attitude and behavior and think in terms of possibilities. Additionally, you assess the possibilities of candidates to participate in trajectories aimed at activation, participation and reintegration.
Scale
This function is classified in scale 9. This scale is linked to the relevant CAO of the client in terms of the employer's remuneration.

- A demonstrable work experience in conducting conversations with benefit recipients;
- At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as director / manager / consultant in the field of income at a municipality;
- A completed education at least HBO-bachelor level;
- A demonstrable work experience in managing and directing your own caseload;
- A demonstrable work experience in guiding reintegration trajectories;
- A completed education at least HBO-bachelor level in the direction of SJD / law;
- . At least 4 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as director / manager / consultant in the field of income at a municipality
