Regional Group Life Insurance Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• active support for intermediaries in the scope of group insurance sales
• direct sales of group insurance
• achieving sales plans, monitoring sales levels
• motivating the subordinate sales team, active development of the sales network
• providing substantive support and information about the current product offer
• conducting meetings and substantive and sales training for intermediaries and people servicing policies in workplaces
• preparing offers for clients and assisting in the development of offers by the sales network
• monitoring the customer service standard by the sales network

Our requirements

• higher education, preferred fields: economics, finance and insurance
• experience in the insurance industry in a similar position
• knowledge of the insurance brokerage market
• knowledge of public procurement law
• knowledge of the local agency market
• good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• very high sales and negotiation skills
• proactive business attitude and goal orientation
• dynamism and perseverance in task execution
• driving license cat. B
• readiness to work based on own business activity
