Your responsibilities

• Achieving sales plans for the product portfolio in a selected territory.
• Representing the company in the assigned territory and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Building brand awareness through active promotional activities.
• Promoting the company's products among orthodontists and medical specialists.
• Acquiring new clients and maintaining cooperation with existing business partners.
• Monitoring the market and competitor activities, identifying new sales opportunities.
• Participating in industry trade fairs and conferences, representing the company and its innovative orthodontic solutions.

Additionally, your data may be processed for future recruitment purposes if you have given separate consent. Your personal data are processed on the following legal bases and for the following purposes:a)Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, to the extent necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent upon the Controller in connection with Art. 221 § 1 of the Labour Code of June 26, 1974, regarding the processing of name and surname, date of birth, contact details, and, where necessary for the performance of a specific type of work or at a specific position, also information about education, professional qualifications, and previous employment history.b)Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., by giving your consent to processing. If you tick the box in the application form or during your application on the website that you consent to participate in future recruitments, we will process your personal data in future recruitments on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. c)Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in the case of a single recruitment. This legal basis for processing serves us to conduct a single job recruitment when you send us your application documents in response to an advertisement.d)Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., in a situation where we process for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the controller, which is selecting the best candidate and pursuing, defending, or establishing claims related to discrimination in employment.2.What rights do I have in connection with the processing of my personal data?You have:a)The right to rectify your personal data – you can send us a statement regarding the inaccuracy of your personal data;b)The right to access your personal data – you have the right to obtain information about what personal data of yours we are processing;c)The right to erasure of data – if, in your opinion, there are no grounds for us to process your data, you can request that we delete them;d)The right to data portability – you can request that we transfer your personal data, which are processed in electronic systems, in a commonly used machine-readable format, or send your personal data to another Controller;e)The right to restrict processing – you can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe they are inaccurate or we are processing them without a legal basis, but you do not want us to delete them because you need them for protection or establishing claims or during the period of your objection to data processing. Providing personal data specified in the labor code is necessary for considering your job application.4.Scope of processed For the purpose of conducting recruitment, we process:•name and surname;•date of birth;•contact details indicated by the candidate;•education;•professional qualifications;•previous employment history;•other data provided on your own initiative in the offer sent to the Controller, including image (photo placed on the CV);5.Who is the recipient of my personal data?Personal data, without your consent, are not made available to any entities as separate data controllers. However, they may be transferred to entities with whom we cooperate to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purpose. This category of entities includes:•entities providing legal services to us;•entities providing access to platforms for improving the Controller's business operations (e.g., recruitment portals).•entities providing IT services to us;6.How long will my personal data be processed?For the purpose of taking action aimed at concluding a contract, we process your data for the time necessary to conduct the recruitment process. The processing period may be extended each time by the statute of limitations for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for establishing or pursuing any claims or defending against such claims by the Controller. After this period, data will only be processed to the extent and for the time required by law.With separate consent for future recruitment processes, we may process your data until such consent is withdrawn. 7.Will my data be processed in such a way that automated decisions will be made regarding me?No, we do not process your data in this manner, nor do we perform profiling.
