As Regional Manager:in, you accompany our partner practices in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg in becoming more professional, efficient, and attractive for their teams. You are not a control instance — you are a sparring partner:in, impulse giver:in, and reliable support for our employees who work daily in our practices.

Your office is everywhere: in the Munich office, in home office — and above all, in the practices themselves.

Aufgaben

• Operative guidance and further development of our partner practices in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
• Analysis of practice structures: accounting, personnel planning, processes, and patient flow
• Development and implementation of optimization measures together with the practice teams
• First point of contact for practice leadership and practice management in operational matters
• Reporting to the Head of Operations with clear KPIs and recommendations for action

1. Participation in cross-project projects for standardization and quality assurance within the network

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience as practice manager:in, ZMV or in a comparable leadership role in a dental practice or MVZ
• Fundamental knowledge of dental accounting (BEMA, GOZ) and/or practice management
• Experience in personnel management: scheduling, conflict resolution, employee guidance
• Outstanding organizational talent and structured work
• Travel readiness within Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg (day trips, occasionally 2 days at a time)
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Class B driver's license

In the ideal case, your profile is supplemented by:

• Experience with practice software (e.g. Dampsoft, Charly or Z1)
• Knowledge in the field of quality management (QM) in medical facilities
