To further expand the strong market position of ERGO Insurance, we are looking for Regional Managers (m/f/d) for cooperation with Volksbank Lower Austria.

As an ERGO Regional Manager for the Volksbanks in Tyrol and Vorarlberg, you will lead a team of ERGO pension and insurance experts and support them in advising Volksbank customers on insurance. You are responsible for achieving the profit and revenue targets agreed upon with Volksbank, for the training and further education of your employees, and for the further expansion of the sales organization (recruiting) in your region. Furthermore, you are the central point of contact for Volksbank Tirol and Volksbank Vorarlberg in all insurance matters and work closely with the executives of the Volksbanks to further intensify our long-standing sales partnership.

• Sound business education and several years of experience in the insurance/banking industry

You are employed by ERGO Insurance and will receive an annual gross income starting from 65,000 Euros (consisting of a fixed income and a variable income component) at 100% target achievement. Overpayment is possible with appropriate qualifications.
