Regional Manager (m/f/d) in the Field for GOURMET Business Restaurants

We are looking for a Regional Manager (m/f/d) in the field for our GOURMET Business Restaurants division. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and marketing, as well as strong communication skills. He/She should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. He/She should have a degree in business administration or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in the food industry. Additional qualifications such as a master's degree or certifications (e.g. IHK) are advantageous. The Regional Manager will be based in our regional office and will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives. He/She should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
