Regional Sales Leader (m/w/d) Security Technology Berlin

We are a modern emergency and service center for professional security technology. We are growing strongly in our private customer sales and building our structures further.

To expand our region Berlin, we are looking for a leadership personality with strong sales skills. The entry point is operational as a sales leader in the field with clear perspective to regional leader upon successful team build-up.

Tasks

• Active sales in door-to-door sales (leading from the front)
• BUILDING and developing own sales teams
• Coaching new sales staff in the field
• Performance steering and KPI responsibility
• Recruiting new sales staff
• Preliminary preparation for the role of regional leader

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in direct sales or outside sales
• Leadership experience or verifiable leadership potential
• Degree strength and performance orientation
• Willingness to work operationally in the field
• Very good German
• Class B driver's license
