We are growing in Berlin and are looking for a Regional Manager (m/w/d) Sales. In this key position, you will drive the development of a strong local network forward and shape our expansion course actively.

Aufgaben

How does your workday look like?

• BUILDING A LOCAL WECON NETWORK - You identify potential local members from various industries and company sizes and build a member base.
• GAINING NEW MEMBERS AND BUILDING LOCAL COOPERATIONS - In our get-to-know-you conversations, you present our network to potential members and convince them to become WECONers. Also, the search for local cooperation partners to promote entrepreneurial cooperation belongs to your tasks.
• BETREUUNG AND COUNSELING OF MEMBERS ON SITE – The individual counseling of members is within your responsibility sphere. At our business lunches, you create space for an exchange among our members.
• - You plan and organize diverse network events that not only make sense but also offer added value to our members and contribute to networking. On event day, you are live with it and lead the participants through the event.
• PROACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE LOCAL ENTREPRENEURIAL ENVIRONMENT – At local (economic) events, you represent WECON Network and build relationships with other organizations/institutions from the region.

• You bring FUNDAMENTAL EXPERIENCES IN BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH DECISION-MAKERS from various industries.
• Your EXPERIENCES IN SALES enable you to successfully close deals.
• Your HIGH RELATIONSHIP ORIENTATION, COMBINED WITH EMPATHY AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE distinguish you. You understand the needs and challenges of people and it's easy for you to build authentic relationships.
• You are an engaged and POSITIVE THINKING PERSON.
• Idealistically, you already have a existing network in Berlin.
• You enjoy ORGANIZING AND LEADING EVENTS.
