Regional Manager (m/w/d) Pain Therapy

The customer is a leading global biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development and distribution of innovative medicines for the treatment of chronic pain. To expand a nationwide medical cannabis service, we are looking for a Regional Manager (m/w/d) Pain Therapy for innovative medical cannabis preparations in direct employment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for the overall revenue and its development, as well as the achievement of targets within your region and ensure that the regional sales team is well-trained and motivated. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of regional sales strategies, as well as the establishment of relationships with key customers and partners. YOUR PROFILE You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. pharmacy, medicine, business administration) and several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the field of pain therapy. You have a strong network of contacts in the medical cannabis sector and are familiar with the relevant legal and regulatory framework. You have excellent communication and leadership skills and are able to work independently.
