About the Role

From day one, the operational and strategic responsibility for the regional cluster in Cologne will be in your hands. Due to our enormous growth, the main focus is on integrating newly acquired property management companies and migrating existing ones to Buena software. As an experienced manager, you will lead the on-site branch managers, optimize processes, and scale traditional management structures into profitable, digitally controlled units. Together with us, you will revolutionize an industry whose technological development is 20 years behind.

Your Responsibilities

• Operational and organizational integration of newly acquired property management companies into the Cologne regional cluster.

• Systematic transition of existing and new property management companies to Buena software.

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of branch managers and local teams, including personnel development.

• Operational management of the entire portfolio, including liquidity planning and P&L responsibility.

• Regular reporting of key KPIs, financial results, and integration progress to the Berlin headquarters.

You are a good fit if you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a managing director or in a comparable senior position at a property management company with a focus on WEG management (homeowners' association management).

• Possess in-depth WEG expertise and deep technical knowledge of tenancy law for a portfolio consisting of 70% WEG and 30% rental management.

• Have practical experience in the digital transformation of property management companies and migration to new software solutions.

• Are a resident of the Cologne region or are willing to relocate.

• Combine strong commercial know-how, including P&L responsibility, with a clear hands-on mentality.
