In the last two years, we have thus become the second-largest property manager in Germany.

Your Role

From day one, you will have operational and strategic responsibility for the regional cluster in Cologne. Due to our enormous growth, the main focus is on integrating newly acquired property management companies and migrating existing property management companies to Buena software. As an experienced manager, you will lead the on-site branch managers, optimize processes, and scale traditional management structures into profitable, digitally driven units. Together with us, you will revolutionize an industry whose technological development is 20 years behind.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience as a managing director or in a comparable senior position in a property management company with a focus on WEG (homeowners' association) management.

• In-depth WEG expertise and deep specialist knowledge in rental law for a portfolio of 70% WEG and 30% rental management.

• Practical experience in the digital transformation of property management companies and migration to new software solutions.

• Residence in the Cologne region or willingness to relocate.

• Strong commercial know-how, including P&L responsibility, combined with a clear hands-on mentality.

What You Will Do

• Operational and organizational integration of newly acquired property management companies into the Cologne regional cluster.

• Systematic transfer of existing and new property management companies to Buena software.

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of branch managers and local teams, including personnel development.

• Operational management of the overall portfolio, including liquidity planning and P&L responsibility.

• Regular reporting of key KPIs, financial results, and integration progress to the Berlin headquarters.
