We are looking for a Regional Leader (gn) on behalf of our client for the Ostwestfalen region to manage and develop the region.

Tasks

• Business Development / Expansion of existing locations and establishment of new branches
• Building and result-oriented steering and leadership of branches
• Conducting sales training sessions
• Budget and revenue responsibility
• Recruitment, promotion, and development of internal teams
• Ensuring high service quality
• Conceptualization and implementation of regional strategic goals

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Fundamental experiences as a district or regional leader (gn) within personnel services (labor leasing)
• Experiences in successfully establishing and expanding locations
• Sales strength and leading decentralized structures
• High assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Travel readiness
