We are looking for you as a leader for our sales team in the Osnabrück region.

You will set the course for the further development of your region at a crucial point. Together with management, you will ensure the optimal implementation of our unique business model. In this key position, you will be responsible for profitability, growth, and sustainability, and will manage your region as a profit center.

Responsibilities

• Planning, leadership, and further development of your sales team
• Identification of market opportunities, sales potentials, and development of the appropriate strategy for a sustainable increase in revenue
• Expansion of the sales network and establishment of our products
• Accompanying your field sales team
• Building and expanding long-term partnerships with trade partners and other important stakeholders and opinion leaders in the region
• Transfer and implementation of entrepreneurial goals in the region

• Professional experience in sales
• Agricultural or commercial training/studies
• Leadership qualities, empathy, courage, and integrity
• Focused, resilient, results-oriented, and analytical
• Structured and independent work style
